nice bonus this morning as i kind of took the whole week off dieting due to most of it being holiday . admittedly my overeating has mainly been oats so relatively healthy but i somehow have dropped weight this morning even with yesterdays huge overeat ( which i didnt log down ( i know bad lad etc ;) ) back on form today after enjoying the holiday and diet break . Planning on a month now where i have a small treat ( 2 pieces of fudge ) on saturdays and sundays. Im expecting the excess salt and sugar to leave my system along with water in the next few days so there will be a couple of high loss days then the fat loss will start in small increments again . anyhoooo have an awesome day people good luck , stay strong :)
I have also caused myself pain by walking too far on holiday ( planter fasciitis ) so my heels and calves feel like they have been beaten with hammers lol, cardio is a no go at the moment so im using N.E.A.T to increase activity by cleaning and moving around constantly doing different tasks . tbh i always lose more fat that way anyway :)
