It's been a slow slog to get here. I have been at around 90 kg for some time now. I believe that I will get there. Only one kg to go till I get to my goal weight of 89 kg. I've got a weight loss group going on fb if anyone is interested. It's called, Naomi's weight loss group.

I had weight loss surgery, and gastric lap banding done when I was 34. My current age is 54. My heaviest weight was 120 kg, just before I had the lap band surgery. This means I've lost 30 kg. I also gave up smoking at that time, but it's still worth it. Can anyone relate to this, in particular giving up smoking when trying to get the weight off?
