Diario de Herbie, 10 ago. 07

So, it turns out that being too lenient about what I eat and not getting enough exercise actually *does* cause me to gain weight. Not too much of a surprise, but a bit of a bummer. I am doing better on the diet today than I did a few days ago (when I last posted) and went for a good walk/run today. We're still in transition, but will be at a hotel with a workout room this weekend. That ought to help.

I hate that!! You are still much healthier and lighter than you used to be though. At least you know you have to be careful. Unfortuantely, most people have to exercise their entire life to stay at a healthy weight.

Dont beat yourself up of alittle gain its not much and youcan get back on track so hang in there
