Another good workout, personal bests on barbell rows (195 pounds) and barbell shrugs (255 pounds). I'm starting to get a nice back and neck line. Tonight is leg night. I've seen recent size gains in my quads, I essentially caught my pump. So I'm excited to see what my pump looks like tonight.
