Day 4: Did well. Had fruit after 2, but it was my dinner. Weight is the same as yesterday, but at least it's not an increase.

54,6 kg Disminuído hasta ahora: 3,0 kg. Aún para ir: 4,7 kg. Dieta seguida: Bien.
