My 2nd week here, I know I've lost a pile of weight, and I know what people say about losing weight too quickly, it's going to go back on as quick etc. My mother died back in december, and I hit the junk and the beer and soft drinks and my weight went up rapidly, she wasn't buried until a month later, so I had a month of super binging, I suppose through my own sadness and loss. so two days after the funeral, I joined this group, the first week I lost nineteen pounds(I know, way too much, but when you stop eating crap and go to the loo 4-5 times a day, the weight soon rolls out) and now this week 5lbs, a lot more effort for this week though. If I was to say what has helped e lose weight so far, I have been detoxing religeously, walking around 50 miles a week, reducing my calorific intake from about 2000 calories down to 1500 calories, I have started swimming and intend to swim about 3-4 miles a week, and feeling tight already!
