journal entry for 5 day not 7 so I can get back to weekly mondays. not disappointed with a small loss in 5 days, after a three day road trip eating entirely in restaurants in the usa. (home of the supersized portions) feeling proud that I was able to avoid unnecessary carbs at the baseball games. luckily the hotels both offered scrambled eggs and bacon/sausage for breaky which started my day off on the right note. it is so much easier to stay the course when i start the day with protein and no carbs. this was the first time I noticed that I didnt get tired out from so much walking while shopping and sight seeing. also my biometric sign in on my cell phone and computer no longer recognize my fingerprints so I guess I really have lost weight - even though my clothes still fit fine. I do tend to wear loose clothes so that might also be a factor.
