I found a plan that works for me. At 5’6”, I wasn’t comfortable carrying 185. After bouncing from one plan to another I found something that works without starving myself or cutting foods I love, like pasta.
I have a Kachava shake every morning. After that I have a 100 calorie snack every 2-3 hours (quest protein bar) and one meal at either dinner or lunchtime. Then no snacks after 8:30-9:00.
This brought me down to the 150 mark that I float around. As long as I’m below that number I’m happy.
