Wow, I can't believe it! I've lost a whole pound since yesterday. I'm guessing it was mostly water weight, seeing as how I just got off my period. Still, a pound is a pound! And as for the rapid loss a few days ago, I was sick. =( Oh well, I'm just hoping it doesn't come back!
I've also added in an extra walk for the puppy/baby.
