170lbs!!!!! OMGOSH!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
LOL I'm making fun but its really all to hide my shame - just flew in from milan - amzazing holiday but truly detrimental to any weight loss attempts. Everything I ordered was served with large amounts of bread (my trigger food!) and things just went downhill from there...I walked passed hundreds of gelatarias (ice cream shops) and only succumbed twice which i think was pretty good... no its back to the reality of fixing all this damage :(
