Thank you everyone! And yes, Woperchild, I agree with you on having distractions. I've used tea before so I know that it helps. I'm just lazy I think. I'm already in bed so it's hard to get up and boil water. It's too easy to just get some chocolate on the way to bed. I'm taking things one step at a time! I'm not trying to do the lose a lot of weight fast thing anymore, so we'll see. I want to just incorporate strategies into my life. It's harder than what I did before, which consisted of a rigid diet and tons of exercise. I really want long-term change and consistent habits. My biggest step right now is being honest with myself through FS. Thanks again!
