Day 16: protien veggie day

My baby turns 12 and i am taking him to dinner. Glad it is a veggie day as it gives me more options so steak and salad for me

Been steady the last few days with no weight loss although i have not gotten my water in either

80,2 kg Disminuído hasta ahora: 4,2 kg.    Aún para ir: 10,0 kg.    Dieta seguida: Bien.
