Don't worry about going off of the diet for the 2 weeks that you did the best part about Atkins is it does work fast.Try to remember how happy you were at a lower weight.

After all we all need encouragement.
My biggest down fall is drinking wine.If I go out for dinner or am having a dinner party its really hard for me to resist.
After I do have a glass or 2 I feel so guilty,and mad that I did drink because it so isn't worth the set back...
