Diario de Gilly B, 08 feb. 23

Well, I'm getting really fed up with this. Tried IF but ended up shoving stuff down my neck just to try and fulfil my daily protein levels. I'm well and truly hacked off.I try to eat sensibly. I looked at my dinner last night and nice as it was it's just boring, day in,day out! 293 cals! Dave I need a jacket potato and tuna please? x

I don’t blame you but your achievement is wonderful so I suggest a few days on healthy eating or a cheat meal then carry on if u wish

aw Gilly...try Quorn fillets, pieces, mince, sausages for protein, yes they are meat free, but they also very low carb, fat and high protein, the fillets r 44kcal each, think the sausages r 99kcal for 2 i think....and have ur baked tattie, just have it at lunch time and no butter, side salad to balance u out 🤣❤️

I'm always really envious of your dinner photos! Have the jacket potato if that's what you're craving though. IF isn't for everyone and I'm sure you'll find what works for you soon

I'm new to this and following you as you're doing well and I need inspiration (vegan though so carb heavy!)

Venus- Quorn frozen vegan pieces r the way to go!! Brilliant if u haven't got time to muck about with tofu, don't know if the fillets r vegan, maybe just veg, but they both full of protein and can add them to anything as they take on any flavour, I use them quite often. Swap out rice and bread and ul be winning, it's hard but u can do it!
