Day 12. Protien veggie day

I ate out of stress yesterday but kept to the list and i thought i would be disappointed on the scale but was still pleasantly surprised.

I was so tempted to have alcohol

80,3 kg Disminuído hasta ahora: 4,1 kg.    Aún para ir: 10,1 kg.    Dieta seguida: Bien.
