Nice loss! Question? I'm wanting to get one of Shaun T's videos but I'm looking for one that has no equipment necessary. Is there any need for this workout?

Thanks! Max 30 doesn't require any additional equipment other than a television and a DVD player. I really like this one btw. It is an extremely hard workout for sure, but it is nice because it just challenges you to do better each time. Basic premise is, it is a 30 minute workout. You keep up as long as you can (max out) and when your form starts failing or you aren't able to keep going you write down your max out time. Then you go back and try to keep pushing as hard as you can for the remainder of the 30 minutes. Then the next time you do that workout, your goal is to beat your previous max out time.
