I'm hoping this is just a blip. 2 weeks of no cheating, not once going over my RDI.
Feeling a little bit deflated but hey! Shit happens!

Thanks Anne for the wise words as always. I was worried that I was eating too few calories to be honest. My RDI from FS is actually 1900. I always try to eat nutritious and fresh foods as much as possible. I'm post menopause by 24 years lol x

Don't worry HumpT I wont! One of the reasons I got the pup was to drag my fat ass off the couch and do more walking. He had his little 'op' last week so we've been a bit restricted to short walks only. Got the all clear from the vet today that we can get back to normal after the weekend. Yippee!

Aww, thanks HumpT. I'm lucky that I don't have a sweet tooth to be honest and feel for people that struggle with that hurdle. However, I got some mini hot cross buns today, had one this afternoon with a cup of tea. After my dinner tonight I'm not hungry at all but I know they are lurking in the kitchen. Not many cals to be honest but the carbs are mega for such a tiny little morsel lol x

I'm thinking about trying IF. Again I'll need advice on this but to be honest I've never been a breakfast person and think I could easily wing it from 7pm to 11am. My breakfast today was at 12am hence I didn't post lunch figures. My only worry is trying to cram so much food into an 8 hour slot! I just know Annie will help me on this

Also I really don't do rubbish food so I'm worried about how I'm going to actually fulfil this quest

Thanks Anne. I checked out my TDEE. I put mine as sedentary as I don't really do much in the way of exercise at the moment. It came up as 1812 for maintenance so feeling a bit happier with that x
