Congratulations. 1+ lbs increase is not a huge mountain to overcome. So long as you know you have not lost the resolve and the control - your in good shape. Just do that smidge more extra this week to beat it back down again.
We all succumb to being normal and social settings. It is what we do afterwards that is important.
