I am right there with you. I seem to be on a 10lb weight gain each year but no more! Water is the hardest part for me but you can do it, because I am doing it. Weekends are the hardest for me to get my water intake it so just plan ahead to have some cold water with you at all times. Take all potatoes, pasta out of your house. I have my husband keeping me accountable at home so I do cook those for him but have a meat and veggie when it comes to my meals.
