switched scales. this one weights three pounds heavier. but it gives all sorts of additional info. still had a good weight loss this week ending my lack of progress the past two weeks. off to a new yoga class 

Oops I also was going to tell myself I need to start tracking stuff again. my food diary has not been competed in days if not weeks. too reliant on the medication and nit collecting and analyzing information. get it back together
