It's been a really crazy few weeks, but this weigh in really hit me. I cannot keep eating whatever I want whenever I want without working out. Ideally I eat well and work out, but if work gets in the way, eating healthy has to be the way.
59,4 kg Disminuído hasta ahora: 2,7 kg.    Aún para ir: 5,0 kg.    Dieta seguida: Bien.

You also can't eat whatever you want whenever you want even if you are working out. You'd never be able to exercise out a ton of calories. :)
