Your weight can fluctuate 3% on a daily basis for it to be normal. Don't worry about this - I am sure you'll be back to normal soon, probably even tomorrow! 

"what the french toast?!" HAHAHAHAHAHAHHAHAHAHHAHAHAHHAHAHAHHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHHAHAHHAHAHA! That is the best thing I've ever heard. I had to try it out and yell it when I read this. Allie's right, small fluctuations are totally normal--don't let it bum you out and spoil your weekend. Just chugalug some water, slap a smile on your face, and pretend like that number never showed up on the scale... 

LOL I say what the french toast or shut the front door so much that my 4y.o. says it now ...yea, I wouldn't worry bout it...I watched my weight jump up 4lbs and down 5lbs within like a 2 day time frame (TOM) 

That was the best commercial ever. Can't even remember what it was for though... "Who you callin' a cootie-queen, you lint-licker!" hahahaha Hang in there, girl. This week going any better?

haha, I love that commercial too! Such a good one... makes me laugh everytime! I see those fluctuations as well... I just choose to wait another day or too and weigh in again... it usually will go right back down! Then I just don't log it! :)
