First day of Atkins was good... I felt tired by the end of the day, but it might be because TOM is near. Not that sure. I had my protein and my veggies and had 3 meals.
I complied to it a 100% and I'm already 0.5 kg down. Hopefully the weight keep on dropping, because I can't wait to be out of the 100s kg !! And this might be the push I needed to just do that.
Tonight I have my dad's birthday and we are going to a pizza place. I guess that means I'll be not eating tonight! Unless, Idk, I scrub the meat and cheese from the pizza? I already had some cheese for breakfast though, so that might not be a good idea. I guess I'll stick to the diet soda... (I can drink diet soda on Atkins, right?!?)
Anyway! Onwards with day 2!
