Finally lost one of the 3 lbs I wanted to lose for the week, and still going over on calories? Trying a little harder today to keep the calories down. I worked my 1st shift at my new job yesterday, I now work for the YMCA in Member Services. I've still got some training to do, and am waiting to be scheduled for my next shift. It's a little frustrating, I want to get right in there but I need to be patient, I guess. Yesterday I also did a little walk/jogging on the treadmill, and I was feeling it last night. Also a bit this morning. Today I'll stick with some Pilates & slow moving on the treadclimber. Just trying to hang in there, hope everyone else is doing the same!
