Only lost 1 pound this week but I am starting to see my measurements change. Bonus this week I lost 3/4 inch in my waist and none in my chest -- compared to the first week when I lost 1.5 in my chest and none in my waist. Didn't make all my goals for this week. Being out of town 4 days really seemed to mess up the system. No plans for travel this week so I am going to try again.
Think I will move on to phase 2 so that I may increase my carb intake a bit. This week's Goals
Carbs < 25
calories < 1600
Walking > 30 min every day
Crunches < 3x week
72,1 kg Disminuído hasta ahora: 3,6 kg.    Aún para ir: 10,9 kg.    Dieta seguida: Bien.
