Diario de Jada Petsch, 09 jun. 11

250 even. So close to the 240's. Really thought I would be up after eating out for lunch yesterday. So happy day. ^.^

The doctor confirmed my suspicion that the knot on my foot seems to be scar tissue. And that it should go away slowly over the next 3 months. And if I have any issues with it to make an appointment. :P


Jules did okay all things considered. She didn't get her nap on the way up. So she was a tad difficult to handle. But at least she napped all the way home. Which was nice of her.

Today is going to be a busy one. After breakfast, we're going to run out and make a brief trip to the store, and pay the rent, maybe a car payment. Then home for lunch with my friend Meaghan and her daughter Ella.

Then going to attempt to grill by myself and watch Jules. Hopefully not an overly hard task. *fingers crossed* And somewhere I need to fit in packing for the next few days for me and Jules. lol.

So maybe tomorrow the scale will be good and sink down to 249.5.

Well I'd like to celebrate you being 250 even! That's awesome! What's even more amazing is that you did it while you were dealing with the procedure on your foot (and all the limitations that put afterwards)!

I'm Very Happy with 250 even! ^.^ I've dropped 4 pounds in the last week, and TOM is visiting. So thrilled with it. And looking forward to a Healthy Birthday weekend. The friend I'm visiting has lost about 100lbs so we'll be good influences on each other. And just going to stay busy. I know were going shopping one day, and to a park another day. And that I'll be doing most/all the cooking while I'm there. Which I have Noooo problem with. Going to try a low calorie greek yogurt baked cheesecake recipe I found online and tweaked to be a little healthier. Splenda for sugar, egg whites only instead of the whole egg...I'm so Excited!! I can do anything on the foot right now. Some sandals I can't wear because they rub funny over the lump of scar tissue. -__- But I can deal with it. Also gym membership next week, classes, someone to help me develop a routine on the machines there too. Very excited about that too!!

Thanks Kat! :D Trying too. I haven't done much planned exercise, but we've been busy the last week around the house and town. Fingers are crossed that I see the 240's tomorrow. Night time weighin was 252. So thinking it might be. Night night time, going to be a looong day of packing, driving, and hanging out with good friends tomorrow.

Will do. ^.^ Just taking it one day at a time I know I'll see them soon. but really wanted to see the 240's for my b-day.

We are on pretty much the same journey - we started around the same and look where we are...we weigh the same..LOL. We will take this one day at a time with each other. If you need me for support I am here for ya girl!
