I ate perfectly all week..even under ate probably and didn't drop a thing. I even went to the dance studio three time this week. Then I had champagne and wedding cake and bam lost some weight. It is so funny how that happens for me. My body will hold on to weight when I restrict a lot and then drop when i have a high a calorie day. Its true what they say about metabolism and under eating. You have to feed your body in order for it to perform, including burning calories. Well this weight thing is a constant learning process so I am happy I learn something.
80,7 kg Disminuído hasta ahora: 11,9 kg.    Aún para ir: 5,9 kg.    Dieta seguida: Bien.
