My basal metabolic rate is 1523 cal.; Fat-Secret calculated that I can eat 1800 calories a day to slowly lose weight. Today is exactly a month since I started counting calories, again as the weight was dangerously approaching 90 kilograms. Despite staying within the allowable range, I lost 1.2 kg immediately after the first week, but then lost nothing for the next 3 weeks, despite sticking exactly to the weekly average calorie allowance.
The high decrease after the first week could only have been the loss of fluid in the skin-tissue, but now it's probably about the fat, and with 1800 calories a day nothing happened.
I will now try to stay within the framework of my basal metabolic rate for the coming month: 1523 cal. There must then be a decrease for sure.
