100 grams down yay!
lol.

While it's not much I keep reminding myself that every single gram counts. and that if I was to get to my pre quitting smoking weight I'll need every one of those grams to also stay off!

its amazing how difficult it is since I quit. My low carb lifestyle has been stable so smoking was really the only change.

I'm patient and understand I'm two years older than when I started low carbing so maybe it's just an impossible challenge but I'm still hopeful!
