6/2/11 145.2LB, 39.9%BF..walked all the way to the coffeemaker this morning :). Don't know why I'm surprised that I lost weight--I walked (on crutches) for quite a long time (slowwwwwwwwwwwly bc it was upper 90's) after my cortisone injection. I'm willing to give this a try--it will be great if it just slowly improves over two weeks. I'll check in later on today with pain level and ability to walk.

thank you! trying to find the message i'm supposed to receive through all of this--i must assume that it is to be gentle with my body in any change of activity or diet (understatement). If I get my mobility back I will hopefully remember this--correction--of course I'll remember this :)

oh, it's not likely you will forget!!! LOL! You don't have too far to go w/ your goal weight, so I am sure you will be there in no time!!!
