Wow, didn't realize it had been so long since I'd tracked my loss on here. I still have my spread sheet going and have been weighing myself regularly so will up date that later. Enjoyed a couple wonderful weeks with our little nephews at our place and was on the go for a solid 3 weeks. After this weekend things will start to slow down...yeah right...who am I kidding!!!

Food has been pretty good had a few indulgences, but started everyday with my Isa shake and had another one most days when away. So pleased to see the the indulgences haven't messed with my head like they would have previously. I can't believe how excellent my mindset is and how on the right track I am :) :) Thanks for all your continued support in this journey! Hope you have a wonderful weekend :)

Awww thanks Rockimtnhii :) What plan are you following? It's been a slow battle for me but once I decided enough was enough in January I haven't looked back! Actually have lost closer to 82 lbs but I can't change my starting weight or don't know how to for this "plan", it's on there if I go all the way back but just doesn't show my actual success on my posts...but that's ok, I know ;) This morning it took me a few minutes to understand what the scale was saying since it's been so long since it's been 218 or anything with the 21_ lol I hope you enjoy your day and if you need any support just ask, we are all here to encourage one another and meet our goals together :) You have a great day too! :)

Wow! I'm following the Atkins plan. I just started one week ago and then I realized I needed some support/motivation. That's when I accidentally stumbled upon FatSecret. I need to lose 100 lbs in one year. My starting weight is 240lbs. So, one year from today I will be celebrating being 140lbs...lol. You're mindset about never looking back is very encouraging!
