10st 4.5 (missed WW) Slightly disappointing result as I've been good all week except yesterday and under expenditure even then, but hopefully it'll all even up next week. On the plus side, yesterday in Bath was fab and being a Guinness World Record Holder was worth the drive and the indulgence! I was a participant with my family in the attempt to win back the record for most number of people in regency dress from America, who took it in July. I'm just glad my slide off the wagon didn't prevent my dress from fitting! I shall be keeping up the effort and activity now to shed this stone and won't let today's result put me off or dishearten me.
65,5 kg Disminuído hasta ahora: 15,6 kg.    Aún para ir: 5,7 kg.    Dieta seguida: Bien.
