5/29/11 145.5lb, 40.3%BF--can't believe that the scale finally moved! A little bright spot despite my immobility. Still unable to put weight on my knee. Icing at least twice/day, less ibuprofen b/c it makes me sick, immobile and elevated. I'm being 'good'--just not helping. Now need to look for a great Physical Therapist who can take me to a place where I can exercise safely.
