Prior to today, my lowest weight since I started this app was 139.7, on October 12, 2019. Feeling so, so good about this!! I did not fast last weekend, and have not been that consistent this week. As always, though, my fasts are clean. Daily yoga for August: So far, so good! Adrienne gets me ( and usually Tim) on the mat!!
