You know, just because your RDI says 1800 doesn't mean you have to EAT 1800 calories. If you're full, and feel good on less, then do less. Maybe what's right for you isn't what's right for the computer. Just thought. Btw, your profile says you have 140 lbs. to go and your goal weight is 15 lbs. I'm pretty sure that is backwards.
