3 more pounds gone! down another size as well, what a great feeling! now my challenge today is a family reunion(which none of this family is dieting), so it's going to be a tough go as to what i'll be able to eat, hopefully someone will bring a veggie or fruit salad and i am taking a lite dessert(gotta have my dessert),so here's hoping i don't blow in one day what i accomplished this past week. i just need to keep restraint in mind.....
