what a surprise that my weight was still flat to yesterday.
i've had a rough couple of days stress at work that plus PMS means i've been a bit less strict on myself. Same with my fasting... this morning i've added some creamer and shake to my morning coffee - which technically i shouldn't. but ok...
life is about a few little exceptions here and there.
