Haven't been calorie counting for well over a month now but happily staying around desired weight.
60,6 kg Disminuído hasta ahora: 3,9 kg.    Aún para ir: 0 kg.    Dieta seguida: Bien.

Hello Alisonsc's it's Merry Mel. I find when I get stuck on stalemate. Try and shrink your portions eg I was eating 100g of yoghurt plain, 100g of any fruit, and cup of tea plus a sweetener egg honey or jam or worse still chocolate spread. Now I eat 20g of porridge, 30g of yoghurt, 50g of fruit and a tiny amount of chocolate or honey for sweetness optional. Twice a day. Then a small amount of fish, meat or cheese with greens, any vegetables or salad etc tiny bit of cooking saucept salad cream etc and you should go down. Good luck let me know how you do. If you don't have a sweet tooth take away the chocolate etc you'll do better as well.
