I just wanna cry now.. 😢
How did I do this to myself. Need to get back on the horse and stay consistent now!! Motivation is so low, but one day at a time... 🤞🏻

3kg isn't so bad - you can do it, you've done it before. Also, a lot of it is probably just water weight.

Do you have certain goals in mind and written down? Try identify your core values and how those goals may fit into them. How will you look/feel/etc in 6 months if you stick to your plan? More importantly, how will you look/feel in 6 months if you DONT. Start small. You don't need motivation now, you just need commitment. Set a small achievable goal and set out to do it for a week. Identify any possible barriers and plan ahead for them. Can also try have someone hold you accountable for achieving those goals. Hope these tips can inspire you and help, even if just a little bit. You got this!!
