Do you have certain goals in mind and written down?
Try identify your core values and how those goals may fit into them.
How will you look/feel/etc in 6 months if you stick to your plan?
More importantly, how will you look/feel in 6 months if you DONT.
Start small. You don't need motivation now, you just need commitment.
Set a small achievable goal and set out to do it for a week.
Identify any possible barriers and plan ahead for them.
Can also try have someone hold you accountable for achieving those goals.
