I'll bet she loved that! I used to ride a lot with my friend (her horses) but she has since moved to another state. I miss it. =(
What I found that works to kick start my weight loss again. Take a day and just blow your calorie count. Eat whatever you want! Next day, get back on your calorie count and see what happens. I did that recently because I was fustrated and now I'm losing a 1/2 lb a day. Try it!
