217.0lbs. 1.6lb loss in ten days. Nine days actual, weighed yesterday, but didn't record it. Weighed myself no less than seven times rechecking against an unusually high weightloss reading for the kind of week I had Scored everything from 217.0 down to 214.8... These would range from a 1.6lb loss, up to a 3.8lb loss. Scale seemed a bit wonky for my liking, so I'm just going with the 217.0 o be safe. That way I'm not setting myself up for "failure" next week! Then again, it might be real! Because we've been very active with yardwork almost every single day again this week! Credit for any loss goes to another active week around the house, sensible breakfasts & lunches, but admittedly still only minor efforts at portion control during supper. Bedtime snacks still often push the outer limits of my calories. Looking forward to more losses as the summer progresses!. Never stop fighting till the fight is done! ⚖️📉🗓️... 🥊👍😊
