I'm losing weight at a good rate. My diet has change a lot. I eat more veggies, fresh fruits, or dried veggies. I stay away for my temptations. I love to make homemade ice cream with the old fashion custard, like my Mom made. When I get to my goal, I make some for the church. I want to get down to a good weight that will keep me from buying any larger pant. I was a size 12, now I'm a size 14. I want to be a size 10. That's my goal.
