Today is truly a new beginning for me. I have started the Team Beach Body - 21 day fix program. it is a program I feel I can follow the food plan as well as the exercise plan. I know I can do this. I have a family cruise coming up the week of Thanksgiving, and, I want to be looking and feeling better about myself when it is time to board that ship. <3
