While still in my goal range of 130-135#, some traveling this week, which always throws my weight a little high, I think the batteries in my scales need replacing as just from yesterday, there is a 2# difference!. then this am, a 3# swing up/down. going to change my goal to 135#, just so my fluctuations here doesn't screw with the app it's self, but as long as I stay between the 130-135 mark, I'm good!
60,1 kg Disminuído hasta ahora: 3,4 kg.    Aún para ir: 1,2 kg.    Dieta seguida: Bien.
