Bit of a strange weigh in as every time I got on the scale the number was slightly different. I decided to go with what was the most flat to the recent weigh in's - and to be fair the decimal point shouldn't matter too much.
I have noticed the last couple of days that I've felt a bit bloated especially around the stomach area - my tummy isn't as flat as it normally is. Could just be a post TOM thing.
With December only 5 months away and my goal is to get to 55 by then, I'm really hoping to see my weight drop this month to keep to about 1 kilo per 1-2 months.
What I need now is a couple of weeks consistent where I can keep to a better routine.
