Trying to get in a little bit of exercise every day. I have bad knees that snap, crackle and pop constantly, so I have stuck to walking in the evening after dinner, the exercise bike and and light cardio that is easy on the knees.
That combined with logging all my food and staying under my calorie Rande everyday. Hoping to see some results the next time I step on the scale (still haven't decided if I want to do it weekly or bi-weekly).
I broke down and bought a battery for my scale on Tuesday and updated my weight to the 235.2 that it said, but half of the things I update in this app seem to not stick.
