I finished the challenge last week and weighed in incorrectly. I was actually 195 but life was way too biz this week for me to work out. BAM here's my magic number 199.8

I need some outside help. I'm doing something wrong. I lost the weight before, but I have been in the 190-199 for 2 summers now. Pray for me :(

Weight loss is based on many factors. Google "why the scale lies" for insight in to water weigh fluctuation. If you ate more and worked out less, this could lead to a gain. If you ate more processed foods with sodium, this could lead to a gain. Stress and other factors can lead to weight gain (cortisol levels are raised). Hormones, sickness, inflammation, medications, etc. and more all can cause water weight to shift. You need to find a good caloric intake. Track all your food honestly. Focus on lean protein, lean dairy, fruits and veggies. Drink your water and be active. I read this quote "Excuses don't burn calories", lol! Make a healthy plan and get moving. You can do it!
