This week's weigh in was not a good one! I gained weight!!

Back to VEGGIES n FRUIT as my snacks. Meals=meat, veggies, fruit.

After reviewing my food journal I noticed a few differences between succcessful weeks and this past week. New goal for now: No more processed foods. I had more meals with rice and flour last week.

Also I may have to limit my DIET soda intake *sniff sniff*.

I did more cardio last week than I have in a long time: that being said I neglected weight training. Dear Jillian Michaels, 30 day shred: we have many dates this week, roughly 5-7.

It is finals week this week: can't expect to be perfect and flawless this week, just do my best. At the same time I will not make excuses. I will sit on my butt more: as much as I need to, but I will also monitor my food in. No excuses there.

Learn from your mistakes and keep on going. Look back long enough to see the mistake, analyze where you went wrong, and try not to do it again.

Weight loss or gain is your own responsibility: can't blame anyone or anything else. That is all :)
