Trying to maintain is difficult--especially when we have a week of house guests! I am determined not to gain everything back this time (famous last words!)!

Had a rough weekend with company and lots of eating--out to dinner, community potluck, church barbecue--that added a couple of pounds! Managed to get a handle on it, though, and got back down to my goal weight by cutting back the food intake for a couple of days--so hard because I love to eat!
