This is our last week before moving and our last 3 days in our house. We are very busy with cleaning and have sold or given away everything. There is not a pot or pan left in the house so I am currently living off fruit,oats and I try to stick to reasonable take-aways like sushi or subway.
If I don't support your weigh-ins or journals in the coming weeks it's not due to me not wanting to but because things will be very hectic and soon a 3 day flight!
Hope everyone is doing well and as soon as I have my fatsecret switzerland set up i'll be back with weighing in and journaling!
